Easy. Simply browse around and see if
there's anything you like then use our order form or e-mail us to place an order.
How many things can I order at a time?
If you use the order form, you can order up to 6 items at a time. If you
wish to order more than 6 items, please submit another order form or
e-mail us directly with your order(s).
What if I want to order more than 6 items?
Please place another order if you want to order more
than 6 items (see previous question). If you place your second and subsequent order(s) on the same
day, your orders will be counted as one order.
Can I buy books and cassettes as one order?
Yes, you can mix your order(s), eg. 3 book + 3 cassettes.
I see two prices for
a thing, which price must I pay?
To avoid confusion, I put one price for each item.
If you are a citizen of Indonesia and live in Indonesia (please provide your KTP number),
please convert any US $ price to Rp.. See payment
for our flat exchange rate.
Foreign residents and Indonesians living abroad, please
convert to US $ (US $ 1 = Rp 8.000,-).
What about shipping and handling?
Buyer pays shipping and handling. See payment for more information.
How do I pay for my order?
We accept two types of
payment: money
transfer and check. In the order form please indicate your preferred
method of payment.
When will I get the things
I ordered?
Books are shipped
within 5 working days after payment is received. Please note that
Saturday and Sunday are not considered working days. Make sure you enter your
address correctly.
How do I tell my friends about
this site?
Use our tell-a-friend form at the bottom of our Bookworm main hall
or Music Lounge main hall.
